Replacement:
If we approve your claim or your item for replacement, it will be sent out 1-2 business day, and a tracking number will be provided if needed.
NOTE: To complete your Replacement, In some cases we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. We may also require pictures of the items, the box, and the label on the box.

Refunds:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
- If denied, your refund will also be denied, and an email will be sent to inform you.
Partial Refund:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item approved for return after 30 days from the delivery date.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund notification yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account, so please allow a few days.
- If the money hasn’t shown up in your account after a few days, you’ll need to reach out to your bank. Refunds can take some time to process, and that’s something we can’t control.
