       Our Refund and Returns policy Lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed Since your purchase, we can’t offer any Refund or exchange.
 

  Returns:

For a return to be accepted, the item needs to be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and still in its original packaging.
 
IMPORTANTE NOTE: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as : food, flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods or flammable liquids.
 

 Additional non-returnable items: Some health and personal care items. 

NOTE: To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
In some cases, we may require pictures of the items, the box, and the label on the box. Failing to comply may result in your items not being accepted for return.

  Claims:

      (Report Damaged items)  

You have 30 days after delivery to report or claim any damaged items.
At your discretion, Feel Free to share more details about the condition of the items, including but not limited to photos. 
 
VERY IMPORTANTE NOTE:  To Help investigate your claim, in many cases we may need clear photos of the damaged items, along with pictures of the box and its label, in order to determine whether your claim will be approved or denied.
 
NOTE: If you don’t cooperate by providing additional pictures of broken and or the Damaged items when requested during the investigation of your reported claim, it could lead to your claim being denied.      
 

    Replacement:  

If we approve your claim or your item for replacement, it will be sent out 1-2 business day, and a tracking number will be provided if needed.  

NOTE: To complete your Replacement, In some cases we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. We may also require pictures of the items, the box, and the label on the box.

IMPORTANTE NOTE: Failing to comply may result in your items not being accepted for Replacement.

 Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, we’ll send you an email to let you know they’ve arrived. We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied based on the condition of the items.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
  • If denied, your refund will also be denied, and an email will be sent to inform you. 

  Partial Refund:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item approved for return after 30 days from the delivery date.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  1. If you haven’t received a refund notification yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account, so please allow a few days.
  2. If the money hasn’t shown up in your account after a few days, you’ll need to reach out to your bank. Refunds can take some time to process, and that’s something we can’t control.

IMPORTANTE NOTE: We don’t have control over the refund process, as it’s handled entirely by your bank. This means we can’t say exactly when the refunded amount will appear in your account. However, you’re welcome to request proof of the refund from us, as that’s the only thing we can provide on our end.

   Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
 

   Exchanges:

  • In Some Cases, you’ll need to cover any shipping costs yourself when returning items. Shipping costs are Non – Refundable. If you receive a Refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we’re the ones covering the costs.
 
  • If you are Returning Expensive items, Consider using a reliable, trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item, as the shipping process is beyond our control.

 

  • If you purchased shipping labels and your item is reported as damaged or lost by the carrier during transit, it’s your responsibility to handle any claims directly with them.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged or Replacement item to arrive may vary.
